Today when I got awaken by my puppy, Mocha at 7am on a Saturday morning, I noticed a sharpness in the air. I was underneath my lofty, clean down blanket on top of my 600 thread count sheets that felt like clouds. My nose felt numb as I tried to get up and appease my dog. I woke up, with my bunny slippers protecting my exposed toes, and thought today would be a great Shabu shabu weather!
Shabu Shabu is a Japanese term meaning, "swish, swish". It's actually really simple to prepare. Check out my link here
