Lately, I've been really getting into textile patterns inspired by a designer, Lucie from vagabondvan.com who is traveling around southern part of Africa to find inspirations in her clothing designs.
The pattern that I created here reflects on modern and vintage flair of my favorite place in the whole wide world- Palm Springs. The color palette reflects the desert landscape, of the flora and fauna of the desert plants and flowers.
From the this pattern, I applied it to a bathing suit design- something I would totally wear to Palm Springs.
