This is one of my favorite hole in the wall restaurant that serves THE best cold noodles in Los Angles. Yu Chun is famous for their Korean cold noodles, a noodles dish rich icy cold broth with a perfect balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and salty. This particular restaurant makes their noodles out of "Arrowroot", which give the noodles a dark black color, and is absolutely nutritious.
After swishing around the sauce, noodles, and broth, I found a half boiled egg!
The dark noodles are accompanied by chilled stock flavored with vinegar-infused flavors with a dab of hot spicy paste and dressed in cucumbers, pieces of beef, and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
It is so delicious that, I keep taking bigger bites...

In the meantime, Paul ordered "Tonkatsu" and it required him to grind up the fresh toasted sesame seeds for his dippping sauce.
