Time to make some pasta sauce!

What to do with pounds of tomatoes from my mom's garden? Make pasta sauce! Making fresh tomato sauce from scratch is so easy and it takes only few ingredients- if these key items are the best of quality. Bad ingredients= bad pasta sauce. The end result from my mom's tomatoes are deep, sweet, and complex. The sauce is nice and thick, so it clings onto the "al dente" linguini pasta perfectly. Overall, the most delicious and satisfying Sunday meal.
