It's tomato season

This is my favorite time of year when my mom harvests fresh organic tomatoes- this signals summer time. My mother got into gardening few years back when she remarried. She finally had an ample yard so she can cultivate and raise small little seedlings that turn into delectable fruits and vegetables.

Knowing that this tomato has been cared for with love, they taste sweet, juicy, and full of flavor. You have not tasted tomatoes as good as these. I decided to celebrate the tomato season by making a caprese sandwich for breakfast. Fresh mom's tomatoes, home grown basil, and top quality melted fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese on top of toasted thin wheat bread makes this meal unforgettable.
