They have a simple menu. Ramen with different toppings, and side dishes like gyoza(dumplings)and fried rice.
The ramen broth is made with pork stock that is simmered for hours.
The restaurant doesn't have too much ambiance, but it has a personality of a street side authentic Japanese Ramen House. This chef takes ramen very seriously.
Fresh pan fried Gyoza with sauce mixed with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil
Pork fried rice, with a heaping extra green onion topping, and cold oolong iced tea.
