Tonight, Paul and I decided to make a trip to Santa Monica to meet with my sister, Angela at Sushi Roku. We had tons of things to catch up on, but the traffic was so bad (since the Santa Monica mall has re-opened- finding parking took us 3o minutes) that I was pretty pissed off at the world by the time we got to Sushi Roku.
After seeing this beer, my pissed off attitude melted away in a second. Awesome beer, and the cutest label design I have ever seen! Of course, it's a Dutch inspired brewed beer from Japan.
Then, the spicy tuna on crispy rice came around...and I was in bliss...
Whaaa? Fireworks at the table? Yessssss....
Then, yum, yum, yum!
At last, the final moment of happiness.
Maybe next weekend, I can try the Boa Steakhouse across the street...hmmmm
