It's been a lazy few weeks, but there are few life changing moments that happened suddenly this week. Last Friday I fell down while ice skating and hit my head really hard. To a point I passed out for a few seconds and had a ginormous bump on the back of my head. I refused to go to the hospital, but I did finally get my head CAT scanned so that I don't pull a Natasha Richardson. She was the actress who bumped her head during a ski run and didn't think anything of it until she fell asleep and never woke up again. Then again, this past Saturday, a person who works as a budget officer in City Hall who everyone in my office knew had a sudden brain hemorrhage and died. He was healthy, only 40, had a baby, and just bought a house.
You never know what's going to happen to you, so I'm going to treat this like a wake up call and really figure out what I want to do for the short life that I have here on Earth.
First things first. Take pictures of things that make me happy.
